Auditions: Come Sing with Us!

We are holding auditions for our 2026-2027 season on Thursdays, September 3 and 10th, from 5 PM-9 PM, and Saturday, September 12, from 9 AM-12 PM. Please fill out the audition form below. We will follow up with more information. 

The audition is approximately 15 minutes and consists of a range check, vocalizing, pitch recognition exercises, and sight-singing. You do not need to prepare a solo piece.

Coro Allegro rehearses most Sunday evenings from 6 pm to 9 pm in Bates Hall at Church of the Covenant, located at 67 Newbury Street (corner of Berkeley Street) in Boston’s Back Bay. Rehearsals will occur on Monday evenings on weekends with a Monday holiday. Highlights for the 2026-2027  season include works by Andrew Yee, Robert Stern, Ralph Vaughn Williams, Brahms, and Ilias Iliya.

If your audition for Coro is successful, you will be invited to sing in all three regular concerts.  Please review the page about membership.
